MSAD 55 is seeking a dynamic World Language Teacher at Sacopee Valley High School in Hiram, Maine. Our students were previously participating in a vibrant Latin program; however, we would consider changing languages and broadening our students’ horizons, except for Spanish.
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior successful experience as a world language teacher or student teaching experience
- Experience building positive relationships with students and supporting student success
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of differentiating instruction to meet the various needs of all learners
- Demonstrated commitment to standards-based practices
